We are a very small coffee roaster and only roast a few times per week.  We’ll roast only the finest Arabica coffees and typically package single-origin coffee such as coffee from Colombia, Guatemala, Nicaragua, Costa Rica, Brazil, Sumatra, Papua New Guinea, Rwanda, Kenya, Ethiopia, Peru, or Mexico.  We roast different coffees each week but cannot guarantee stock of any particular coffee.  We specialize in roasting dark, delicious full-bodied coffee with flavors of cocoa and chocolate.  Our primary business is subscription-based but this option is a non-commital purchase option and that is why it is so vague as to the type of coffee you’ll receive.

Our goal is to provide freshly roasted coffee to be consumed within 2 weeks of the roast date.  Freshly roasted coffee contains flavors that you won’t taste from large coffee chains, grocery store coffee or big branded coffee.  Check the roast date next time you buy coffee, ours is stamped right on the front of the coffee bag.  For the absolute best flavors, drink within 2 weeks of the roast date.

Full City Coffee Roasters roasts several times per week depending upon the demand.  We strive to get the freshest roast available, to your mug.

It takes 2-4 days to ship this coffee (East Region, US) to your house via USPS shipping. Picking the coffee up, if you are local, is a fast, no-cost option.
